사자 모양 주전자 가지고 싶다. 얼핏 보고 마음에 들어서 찍었는데 제법 대표작품스러운 건갑다. website들어갔더니 친절하게 설명이 있네... The following is the description from the museum website. Jug, known as an aquamanile, in the shape of a lion. The water was pured out of the muzzle-spout. In the 14th century these jugs were mostly used by people on official and ceremonial occasions to wash their hands. The water was collected in a large bowl or basin. 흠흠. 그렇단다. 그리고... 화려한 crucifixion of Jesus 그림 앞에 있는 chandelier같은 장식물은 this is my blood which is given for you... 하면서 주르륵 흐르는 포도주, 식탁 위로 커다란 잔은 어쩐지 그 포도주를 받는 holy grail 같다. 최근의 얼굴 윤곽이 사라진 스겍군의 사진과... 안에 새가 들어있는 정체 불명의 장식물, 그리고 beer container같은 것의 윗장식.... mirror object...

Constant Nieuwenhuis' painting

Constant Nieuwenhuis was a co-founder and the main theoretician of CoBrA, a group of experimental artists from Co(penhagen), Br(ussels) and A(msterdam). That he was inspired by children's drawings is obvious from this painting. It may look childish, but it has a sombre undertone that is typical of Constant. <-- from the note hanging on the wall, the side of the painting. I like this one. It reminds me someone who I know and miss much... Are you reading this now? Do you know this indicates you? :-)
